Jennifer is driven to use her significant career experience in performance management and complex administrative investigations, fact finds, and risk assessments to reduce the harm that happens to people and organisations when there is workplace conflict.

About me

I am passionate about supporting people through times of workplace conflict and personal development. My purpose is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and lead fulfilling lives.

With a focus on empathy and resilience, I create supportive environments where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged to grow. Whether it’s guidance, resources or advocacy to negotiate a safe pathway for employees and employers, I am dedicated to uplifting others.

I have held senior leadership positions in Federal and State Government, completed a Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Arts (Public Sector Leadership), and implemented those learnings in a range of human resources and business administration roles.

Other Costs

HRhelper will not pass any costs on to you unless we have prior written agreement, this might be for travel expenses if you require support in person or at a meeting or interview where we attend on your behalf.
